"On the heels of the feature story in Denver Magazine's August issue, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for what FIVE is doing for the city of Denver. In working with you on this piece, I was able to get to know the group and its chefs even better and was truly impressed by their raw talent and remarkable commitment to promoting the Denver dining scene. The schedule of cooking events that FIVE has conducted in Aspen, Crested Butte, Steamboat, and even New York in 2010 is exhausting just to look at. The city's restaurant scene has gained greater national respect in recent years and there is no doubt in my mind that the work, dedication, and talent of FIVE has played an important role in this. The entire Denver dining community should be grateful."
