Denver FIVE™ Delectable Dinner and Demonstration
On Tuesday, January 27, the Denver FIVE™ teamed up with Gabby Gourmet, Roth Distributing and Trinity Fine Wines to host an unforgettable dining experience – and honor a local culinary legend.

With a packed house of more than 70 guests, chefs Troy Guard of TAG, Matt Selby of Vesta Dipping Grill and Tyler Wiard of Elway’s prepared a four-course tribute to Colorado’s rich culinary tradition and the memory of beloved and respected restaurateur Doug Fleischmann. Along with a preview of the standout performance in store at this year’s FIVE™ event, the celebration raised funds to help an exceptional Johnson & Wales student get a jump on their culinary career – 100% of event proceeds will benefit a deserving student through a scholarship fund created in Doug’s honor.
