Denver native, Chef Matt Selby is the Chef/Partner of Vesta
Dipping Grill and Steuben’s Food Service. Over the past ten years, Vesta’s world grill cuisine and ethnic inspired dipping sauces has consistently been named one of Denver’s “Ten Best Restaurants,” and has elevated Selby’s reputation as one of Denver’s top chefs. Steuben’s Food Service is Selby’s most recent endeavor. Serving regional American favorites, Selby’s three daughters and wife Gina — who manages Steuben’s — have served as his inspiration in creating the popular, family-friendly menu. Steuben’s was an immediate success, debuting on Denver’s “Top Ten” list and was named Denver’s “Best New Restaurant” in 2006 by multiple regional publications. |
